Attachment and Risk: A Therapeutic Risk Assessment Group for Parents Who Have Hurt Their Children

In this paper we aim to share our experience of working with parents who have harmed their children. These were pilot groups set up to address the absence of therapeutic provision for parents who are struggling with their children. What we discovered through the two consecutive groups is that we were working almost entirely with parents who had a personality disorder.
