Notice of Meetings

Leroy M.A. Maeder, M.D.

In accordance with Article III, Section 5, of the By-Laws of the Association, notice is hereby given to each active member that the 1953 Annual Business Meeting of Members will be held at the Hotel Statler, Los Angeles, California, at 10:30 A.M., on Sunday, May 3, 1953. The purpose of this meeting will be to consider matters referred to it by the Executive Council and the Board on Professional Standards and any other reports, matters of interest and business requiring action by the members.

Also, pursuant to Article V, Section 7, (i), each active member is hereby informed that the following are the matters on the agenda for the all-day and further meetings of the Executive Council at the Hotel Statler, Los Angeles, California, beginning at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 30, 1953 and is hereby requested to express an opinion with respect to the matters on the agenda:

1. Reading of the Minutes

2. Report of the Executive Assistant

3. Report of the Secretary

4. Report of the Treasurer

5. Reports of Committees

6. Unfinished Business

7. New Business Any other matters which may properly be brought before the Council

8. Adjournment

The Board on Professional Standards will meet at the Hotel Statler, Los Angeles, California, at 8:15 P.M. on Thursday, April 30, 1953, and at 9:15 A.M., on Friday, May 1, 1953, and later as decided by the Board.
