(1954). Bulletin of the American Psychoanalytic Association, 10:365-376

The new address of the American Psychoanalytic Association is 36 West 44 Street, New York 36, N. Y. Address all communications to Mr. John N. McVeigh, Executive Secretary, at that address.

The Association expressed its gratitude for the many years of hospitality of the New York Psychoanalytic Society and Institute in a letter, part of which follows:

Dear Dr. Loveland:

President, New York Psychoanalytic Institute
Chairman, Board of Trustees
247 East 82nd Street
New York 28, N. Y.

Dear Dr. Loveland:

At the Winter Meeting of Members of the Association on December 6, 1953, the gratitude of our Association to your Institute as expressed by the Executive Council was unanimously reaffirmed. Your hospitality and co-operation have been so extensive, long-continued, and gracious that it is difficult to give adequate expression in words of our indebtedness. I should be grateful if you would convey to the membership of the New York Psychoanalytic Society and Institute the sincere thanks of the officers and membership of the American Psychoanalytic Association.

Sincerely yours,
(s) Richard L. Frank, M.D.

At the meeting of the Baltimore Psychoanalytic Society on November 7, 1953, Dr. Richard H. Pembroke, Jr. was elected Secretary of the Society. Dr. Pembroke had been filling out the unexpired term of Dr. Helen H. Arthur, whose untimely death was reported in the October 1953 issue of this Bulletin.

At the same meeting, Dr. Barbara Young was elected to Associate Membership.
