To find an Author in a Video, go to the Search Section found on the top left side of the homepage. Then, select “All Video Streams” in the Source menu. Finally, write the name of the Author in the “Search for Words or Phrases in Context” area and click the Search button.

Annual Meeting—May 6-10, 1987
The 76th Annual Meeting of the American Psychoanalytic Association was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Chicago, May 6-10, 1987. An abstract of the Business Meeting of Members, including reports of the Secretary of the Executive Council, the Treasurer of the Association, the Secretary of the Board on Professional Standards, and the Chairman of the Fund for Psychoanalytic Research is published in this issue of the Bulletin. Members who desire to obtain copies of the Official Minutes of any of these bodies may do so by communicating with the Administrative Director, Mrs. Helen Fischer, 309 East 49th Street, New York, NY 10017.
Business Meeting of Members
The Business Meeting of Members was held on Friday, May 8, 1987 at 8:30 A.M. with Dr. Richard C. Simons, President, officiating, and Dr. Austin Silber as Secretary. Dr. Simons announced the presence of a quorum. The proceedings of the December 19, 1986 Business Meeting of Members were adopted as published in the official Minutes.
Dr. Simons introduced the members of the Executive Committee: Homer C. Curtis, M.D., President-Elect; Bernard L. Pacella, M.D., Treasurer; Austin Silber, M.D., Secretary; Shelley Orgel, M.D., Chairman of the Board on Professional Standards; and George H. Allison, M.D., Secretary of the Board on Professional Standards.
Dr. Simons announced the presentations by the American Psychoanalytic Association of a "Distinguished Friend of Psychoanalysis" award to Mr. Irving Harris, originally announced in 1985, and Honorary Membership to Sally Provence, M.D.
Dr. George Pollock introduced Mr. Harris and cited his many contributions and support to the field of psychoanalysis. Dr.
