Psychotherapy, Ethics, and Society: Another Kind of Conversation by Michael Briant. Published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing, Cambridge, 2018; 157 pp, £58.99 hardback.

Review by:
Annie Pesskin

Michael Briant's slim volume is an entertaining and well-informed read. A longtime psychodynamic psychotherapist for Cambridge University's student counselling service and head of the University's post-graduate diploma in psychotherapy for over 15 years, Briant uses this book to examine what knowledge psychotherapists have that can be used to create a more ethical society.
