Bruce Sklarew

Joseph D. Noshpitz was an eminent child psychiatrist and child and adolescent psychoanalyst. He was the editor-in-chief of the seven volume Handbook of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, co-author of the two volume Pathways of Growth: Essentials of Child Psychiatry, and co-editor of Stressors and the Adjustment Disorders. At his sudden death in 1997 he left 700 pages of original and wide-ranging work, including this edited discussion: “Richard III: Self-hatred at Loose in the World.”
