Dear Professor,

I have no idea whether my request is a proper one, but at any rate since it means so much to me, here it is—it is to ask if I could borrow the manuscript of Dr. Rank's12 lecture for one day? If I have understood aright, it will not appear in Imago before about the end of February, and I should so very much like to go over in my mind the whole of his lecture as soon as possible after hearing it, as I could not keep pace quickly enough with all the points raised.
