Tip: To sort articles by year…

PEP-Web Tip of the Day

After you perform a search, you can sort the articles by Year. This will rearrange the results of your search chronologically, displaying the earliest published articles first. This feature is useful to trace the development of a specific psychoanalytic concept through time.

For the complete list of tips, see PEP-Web Tips on the PEP-Web support page.

Editor's Note

In response to requests from our readership and potential contributors, the Editorial Board has indicated interest in determining the possibility of publishing a limited number of distinguished contributions concerning the application of psychoanalysis to short-and long-term psychotherapy. It is expected that these articles will make a contribution to the literature, either in terms of an innovation in technique or in terms of a critical survey of important issues presently confronting the field. These articles will be published in occasional sections of the journal entitled “Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.” If we are able to obtain a sufficient number of articles, we anticipate at least one such section in each annual volume.

Contributors should explicitly note in the cover letter accompanying their manuscript that this is a contribution to the section on Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

The Editorial Board welcomes reader response regarding this addition to the journal.
