The desire to be an analyst and what opposes it need to be identified during training admission interviews and the analysis of this desire depends on the candidate's analysis. Between analytic situation and institutional response different issues arise depending on the training models; these issues were the theme of a meeting for SPP training analysts for which the present text served as an introduction.
