« L'angoisse et la théorie freudienne des instincts », de Francis Pasche

(“Anxiety and the Freudian Theory of Instincts” by Francis Pasche - Extracts Selected and Commented on by Monique Dechaud-Ferbus: Contemporary Relevance of Francis Pasche)

Monique Dechaud-Ferbus

It was in discussing Freud's ideas that Francis Pasche elaborated a real conception of the mind. The subject of his report in 1953, anxiety is expressed in the neurotic and psychotic registers. For him, psychoanalysis is a practice that leads us to reconsider our tools, as evidenced by body psychoanalytic psychotherapy (PPC). Pasche deploys a metapsychology of the body originating in primal relations. An adjustment of the treatment arrangements follows from this and makes it possible to offer the patient in difficulty psychoanalytic work with another setting.
