(1989). Scandinavian Psychoanalytic Review, 12(2):101

Lis Lind

With this issue, The Scandinavian Psychoanalytic Review takes leave of a very long-standing and highly esteemed member of the editorial board: Dr. Jukka Välimäki from Finland, who has been collaborating with the journal for the last ten years. The journal has profited from his energy, power of initiative and loyalty. We are going to miss his keen commitment in the discussion of scientific papers, just as much as his natural friendliness and gifts for collaboration.

However, The Scandinavian Psychoanalytic Review will continue to develop. The needs to certain changes in aim and scope, as well as in practical matters, are emerging. As the orthographically alert reader may have noticed, some divergence between the actual practice of the journal and the style indicated in the Notes for Contributors has become evident. A simplified and slightly altered set of instructions for contributors will henceforth appear in every issue.
