Pre-Adoptive Diagnosis: The Meaning of a Crisis

Ugo Sabatello, M.D., Paola Natali, Ph.D. and Adriano Giannotti, M.D.

It also tries to define some of the psychological peculiarities characteristic of couples who ask for adoption. After this introduction, we explain the modalities of the pre-adoptive diagnosis used by our Service with their theoretical background, their aims, the problems involved, and the results they intend to achieve.
