Psychic Structure and Psychic Change: Essays in Honor of Robert S. Wallerstein, M.D. Edited by Mardi J. Horowitz, Otto Kernberg and Edward M. Weinshel. Madison, CT: International Universities Press. 1993. Pp. 373.

Review by:
Jon K. Meyer

This festschrift for Robert Wallerstein, like the man himself, is evocative, eclectic, and international. Contributions range through the cognitive, Kleinian, object-relations, and ego-psychological traditions. Geographically, the contributors represent North America, Europe, and South America. Within the United States, Boston and St. Louis complement the usual New York/San Francisco/Los Angeles triangle.
