In his lifetime Dr. Brill endeavored to increase interest in the study of psychoanalysis. His method was to impart as much information about the subject to as many groups as possible. This book, edited by Dr. P. R. Lehrman at the particular request of Dr. Brill, is in keeping with his desire. It presents the fundamentals and application of psychoanalysis to the layman, in such a fashion as to make the understanding of everyday problems a bit simpler.
