La pintura espontánea de los pacientes puede ser entendida como tentativas de reparación mágica de los traumas infantiles. Las pinturas, junto con las asociaciones de sus detalles, nos permiten la visión en un corte de la dinámica de los pacientes. Esta técnica nos da posibilidades de un más amplio control científico en psicoanálisis.
