Dear Professor,

Ad 2). Enclosed a correspondence card from the Health Resort Management Szentiványi Csorbató, Hungary, in which you are requested as soon as possible to report to your district (or provisions office) from which day and until when you are eligible for flour in Csorbató; the official confirmation of the report which has ensued must go as soon as possible to the above Treatment Management.

In the likewise enclosed letter of May 30, 1917, the Management confirms that you instead of Dr. B. Lévy have rented rooms nos.
